Bradley/ Wrath - A businessman asked to invest in the circus in exchange for a chance to take advantage of Al or Ed.

Cornell - The wicked man who owns the circus. He bargains and cheats to get ahead solely for his own personal gain.

Gluttony - The bottomless boio with lusty friends.
Jerso- Toadm- The toad act. In the act with other "Chimeras" (Just saying this was here all along).
Kimblee- A businessman asked to invest in the circus in exchange for a chance to take advantage of Al or Ed. Has provided henchman suggesting he is a mafia man and enjoys the suffering of those in the circus.
Marcoh - A doctor that Roy brings in after countless hurts.
Nina/ Alexander - The new act, traded by Shou Tucker to fortify himself a job.
Pinako - THe owner of the mechanic shop.
Sloth - Slow strong man act.

Seung: technically haneuls bodyguard, at least on paper, in actuality he plays a big dumb brute so people will let him in on delicate secrets and he can use it against them

kou: new in the area and wants to sneak into the circus because the lights and sounds are intriguing
Siobahn: Osian's brother, sometimes works with him in the diner
