Alai: simple shop owner, doesn't stay open but stays in/near shop to make sure things dont get fucked up or to help anyone that might need it
Julian: locked up in a church all night for 'prayer' (Also doesn't know, but in the process of being sold to a high bidder that wants to know what killing feels like)
Nikko: Vengeful Purger, doesn't do anything that isn't deserved
Osian: just trying to survive the night and keep his brother safe
Siobhan: Also wants to survive the night, but wouldn't mind if something happened to their dad
Kou: street wrech that doesn't -hurt- anyone but isn't adverse to it if its a means to survive, steals regardless of purge or not

Edward: kind of a freedom fighter, won't go out of his way for trouble, but wants to defend the little guy, keep the innocents safe

Lanfan: Mostly keeps eyes on Ling, but isn't one to turn away from someone that needs help, also a badass with a knife, several actually
Lust: Kind of a part of Greed's group, kind of not, but still a badass with a knife that Wont Hesitate Bitch
Mei: forgot the day, got caught outside walking her pet and hid the first place she saw
Riza: off duty cop that can't just sit around and watch people suffer, helps run an underground rescue, channels the 911 calls to their server during purge nights, so they -can- help
Winry: Also a lowkey freedom fighter, provides first aid to those that need it, also the one you wanna go to if you want some good defenses

Doctor Knox: Regretably A part of the undercover cop group, to provide medical assistance
Elicia: safe at home with her mother
Falman: A part of the undercover cop group
Havoc: A part of the undercover cop group
Hughes: A part of the undercover cop group
Miles: A part of the undercover cop group
Pride: honestly a little demon, has no real thought for the human condition, figures certain people -deserve- to be hurt
Rose: One of the "pray through the night" groupies
Martel: "Chimera" Purge group, wears a snake mask, mostly hangs out with Greed's group though
Zampano- Boar: "Chimera" Purge groupe, wears a boar mask
Heinkel- Lion: "Chimera" Purge group, wears a lion mask
Dolcetto: "Chimera" Purge group, wears a dog mask, mostly hangs out with Greed's group though

Alphonse - A freedom fighter with Edward. Actively goes out of his way to help people in trouble. Often goes to protests against the purge.
Envy- A murderer known for skinning the faces of his victims and wearing them.
Grie- Takes all can and wants during the purge. After all, it is a greedy mans dream. This purge he's looking to steal from and kill royalty. Also runs the chimera group.
Ling- A prince from Xing who moved to Amestris to try and make a change in the system to stop the purge.
Olivier- Believes the purge is a necessity for the country to be strong. Her purging consist of killing the one's she deems scum.
Paninya- Works with Winry to build defenses for those who can't afford it.
Roy- Due to police hostility especially on the night of the purge, is undercover. Enlists other cops who want to help the innocent. Patrols the night to the best of his ability.
Scar - Has been biding his time until the purge. Now it's here, he plans to kill as many military officials as possible.
Tanxin- Ling's brother. Thinks that they never should have come to amestris and secretly believes the purge might be a good idea.

NPC-
Barry the chopper - Another famous killer of the purge. Is known to keep the bodies he kills and sells the meat to the particularly wicked the night after the purge.
Bradley/ Wrath- One of the few military officials that doesnt stay in for the purge. On TV has even stated its a bonding opportunity for him and his son.
Breda- Undercover
Bucaneer- Along with Olivier purges scum. Suspects that Miles is against the purge.
Cornello- A corrupt preacher who feasts on the hopelessness the purge brings. Offers sacrifices to the purge to keep the others safe.
Darius- Gorilla - Chimera Purge Group
Father- Has purgers bring bodies to him so he can destroy the bodies in the most gruesome ways possible.
Feury- Undercover!
Gluttony- WIth his lusty. Clearly cannbilistic, Eating practically any flesh he can find.
Gracia- At home with Elicia, worried for Hughes.
Jerso- Toad- Chimera group!
Kimblee- An avid purger. Spends excessive amounts of money on bombs of all kinds and uses them on the night of.
Marcoh- Was apart of a purge once and regrets it. Tries to make up for it by helpng the wounded.
Nina/ Alexander- The face of how wrong the purge is. Many were outraged by this purge and it really set protests into motion.
Pinako- Along with Winry also helps those in need by doing defenses.
Roa- Chimera
Sloth- Fathers right hand man. Will go around town bashing heads in and putting people in a sack to bring them back to father.
Tucker- Famous for what he did to his daughter among anti-purgers and pro-purgers. Depending on who you talk to, he's a hero or a monster.

Haneul: Works way into the Expensive Purge Parties to let his brother loose on the richies, releases the captured normies while his brother works his magic on the trash
Seung: has the most badass dragon mask and loves that he gets to take out some scum of society, likes to make them suffer
